Horikawa-san speaks perfect English and will identify the place of issue very precicely. He doesn’t make any assumpitions, so before doing anything he will request you to bring x-ray with you or go to a nearby clinic and make one if you don’t have any. My friends and me visit him whenever we need help, relief is guaranteed.
